Storm chances Monday, then dry for a while
There will be storm chances starting the new work week on Monday. Both Tuesday and Wednesday dry up and warm up. Temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s.
Temperatures are near our normal highs and lows for June. Monday will warm into the mid to lower 80s. Rain chances continue throughout the day.
Storm chances continue overnight Sunday into Monday, with more storm chances in the evening hours. Not everyone will see these storm showers, however a majority of the KBSI viewing area will see partly cloudy skies. Most of the morning activity will be east of the Mississippi river, before scattered shower build up in the afternoon for parts of SE Missouri.
There will be continuous moisture in the air on Monday, with the passing storm activity our mosquito ranking is in the higher range. Although we dry up Tuesday and Wednesday, we’ll see temperatures warming up with wind speeds on the lighter side.
Storm chances continue throughout our Monday. The sun comes out on Tuesday just in time for the official start to summer on Wednesday. We’ll see a warming trend for the start of this week, before we slightly cool down on Thursday. Smaller chance for showers and temperatures in the 90s expected for the weekend.
