Warming back up with rain chances by Friday
Our average high for this time of year is in the middle 40s, but we’re going to be above that by a few degrees through the end of the week. Precipitation chances start to kick back in for the weekend and especially into Christmas Day.
Wednesday will be a little breezy, but warmer. Highs will eventually get into the lower 50s by the afternoon with partly cloudy skies.
We’ll be above average by 5 to 10 degrees, but most of us will be very close to 50 for a high.
Our next chance for rain comes our way late Thursday. It will spread across our area on Wednesday with light rain possible on and off. It’ll be warm enough for just rain, too!
Rain chances continue to be in the forecast all the way through Christmas. We may even hear a few rumbles of thunder Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!
