Storms likely the next several days
Showers and storms are going to be possible on and off all the way through the holiday weekend into next week. Temperatures are expected to be at or above average each day for highs.
Rain chances (above) are higher in the overnight and a little lower during the day. But storms are possible on and off just about anytime.
Temperatures are going to top out around 80 degrees on Thursday, which is very close to normal.
Above is what our StormCast weather model is showing for storms through Thursday. Storms will be possible early Thursday, then another chance Thursday night.
Severe storms will be possible Thursday night with much of our area in a level 1 “Marginal Risk”. We have severe weather risks Friday and through the weekend, but timing is still being determined.
There is another “Marginal Risk” on Friday.
There’s a chance for severe storms on Saturday.
And an even higher risk for severe storms on Sunday.
Storm chance continue all the way into next week with temperatures in the 60s for lows and 80s for highs.
