Rain potential Friday night into Saturday
The forecast is a little warmer for Friday, but still below average. Highs will be near 40 degrees for most of us.

Quite a bit of rain is possible. Some areas of far SE Missouri into Kentucky, Tennessee and southern Illinois may see over 2″ of rain.
The Storm Predication Center has much of Kentucky and Tennessee in a Moderate Risk for excessive rainfall through Saturday.
