Easter weekend storm potential
Wrapping up the work week, Friday looks to be warm and windy. Storms are possible, but mainly northwest of us.
We are in a level 1 “Marginal Risk” with a level 2 “Slight Risk” just to our northwest.
Storm chances for the above Marginal to Slight Risk will be near us by Friday evening (below).
Then as we move into Saturday, we have another Marginal to Slight Risk for severe weather.
Timing for this looks to be in the morning and then again in the evening (see below). You’ll notice not everybody sees the storms.
Below is the Saturday night time frame:
Another risk for severe storms comes our way on Easter Sunday. The storms you see well to our west Sunday morning will move through our area Sunday evening.
That risk for storms puts us in another Slight Risk for severe storms Sunday evening.
The heaviest of rain will be to our northwest. But we may see a good bit of rain by the time Sunday is done.
