Monday and Tuesday, scattered to isolated storm chances move into the viewing area. Thursday, a 15% chance for severe weather in parts of southern Illinois and SE Missouri. A big warmup late next week, with scattered rain and storm chances continuing.
Numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms can be expected late tonight through Monday. Main concern being, heavy downpours and lightning. Showers and isolated thunderstorms will redevelop mainly in the heat of the day Tuesday.
