Thunderstorms likely Monday afternoon and evening
Monday looks to be cloudy and rainy. Scattered storms will be developing by the early afternoon hours. These storms will continue through late Monday evening. Some gusty winds and pea size hail could be possible. Localized flooding will be a concern across the region through Monday night. Storm chances could move in Wednesday afternoon and evening. Temperatures look to remain in the upper 80s and lower 90s all throughout this week.
StormCast shows some rain and thunderstorms moving through tonight into early Monday morning. Monday afternoon, scattered storms will develop and die out by Monday night. Some showers and storms could drop lots of rain in a short time, which will make for flash flooding across the region.
Rainfall totals through Tuesday morning are ranging from 0.50″- 1.25″+. Some showers and storms could have heavy downpours, which will lead to minor flash flooding in some areas like Tennessee, SE Missouri and Western Kentucky.
Monday morning, temperatures will be quite warm once again, in the upper 60s and lower 70s for all of us.
Southeast winds will be relatively calm throughout your Monday.
Monday, high temperatures will be a few degrees cooler in the lower 80s under cloudy skies. All of us a few degrees below average ( 85 degrees).
