Severe storms EXPECTED Wednesday evening

Wednesday, an ENHANCED and SLIGHT risk for severe weather is in place across the viewing area. A line of storms will move through Wednesday evening into Wednesday night. The main concerns will be winds up to 75+ mph, large hail and a few tornadoes possible.

Wednesday evening, a front will move in from the NW in parts of SE Missouri. This line of storms will have strong winds, large hail and a few tornadoes possible in the evening time. The line of storms will gradually weaken through Wednesday night. These storms will lead to flooding across the region as well.
