4th of July weekend forecast

Overall, the 4th of July weekend is going to be hot and dry with lots of sunshine. Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and find the shade often!
For the 4th of July, it’ll be hot through early evening before trying to cool off after sunset. Rain is not expected during the evening hours so firework displays should be just fine.
We’ll all be in the upper 80s and lower 90s for highs on Friday.
The dew point will try for 70 degrees all day.
This will give us a heat index that will be very close to 100 degrees by the afternoon.
It’ll be dry and hot all the way through Saturday, then a few more clouds move in on Sunday with a small storm chance. The better storm chance comes our way Monday through Wednesday.
