Near Average Temperatures, Sunny on Thursday
Forecast:
Almost like a movie we have seen before, near average temperatures are expected again on Thursday. Mostly sunny skies today with highs in the lower 90s and a south-southwesterly breeze between 5 and 10 miles per hour.
Low temperatures tonight into the lower 70s with a light breeze and mostly clear skies. Patchy fog will be possible during the early morning hours and into the mornig commute on Friday.
High temperatures tomorrow are expected to warm up into the mid-90s across our area. Mostly sunny skies to close out the work week with a southerly wind.
The heat index will rise close to the triple digits for most of us tomorrow, if not above that mark in some areas.
The next several days are expected to remain dry, with highs in the lower 90s and overnight lows in the lower 70s. Chances for rain return early next week, with our best chances at precipitation coming on Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures will continue to remain a couple of degrees above average for the remainder of the forecast.
