Dense fog Wednesday morning- Hot weekend ahead

The summer -time heat and humidity will increase through this weekend. Temperatures will stay near 90-95 degrees, with heat index values near 98-106 degrees.

Wednesday and Thursday, scattered showers will continue across the region, mostly in parts of Kentucky and Tennessee. This weekend and beyond looks to be a bit hot and dry, with temperatures close to the upper 90s under sunny skies. The pool or lake sounds great for this weekend!

Dense fog will be occurring for your Wednesday morning commute. Visibilities could be close to none in some spots from 5am-8am. Make sure to take proper precaution when driving in thick fog.

Wednesday morning, waking up to mild temperatures in the mid to upper 60s and even a few lower 70s towards the southeast.

Wednesday, high temperatures will mostly be in the lower 90s. Some areas in Kentucky and Tennessee will be cooler due to increasing cloud cover and scattered showers and storms.
