Warm through the weekend, then weekend storms
Another warmer than average day is expected on Wednesday. After some early patchy fog, highs will be in the lower and middle 80s with lots of sunshine.
The warm weather continues through the rest of the week with highs remaining in the low 80s through Friday. Things start to change on Saturday.
The Storm Prediction Center has most of our area in a risk for severe storms Saturday. This is in association with a cold front that will move through during the day bringing with it the potential for severe storms and cooler air.
Timing is still being figured out, but early model runs have the storms rolling through late afternoon into the evening hours, possibly lingering into the overnight.
