Storm chances for Saturday
Before the storm potential on Saturday, Friday will see a mix of sun and clouds with temperatures above average once again.
After the storm chance on Saturday, it’s dry once again Sunday and Monday. The next rain chance will be Tuesday and Wednesday of next week. Temperatures will be cooling off, too!
There is a level 1 and 2 “Marginal” and “Slight” Risk for severe storms on Saturday. The yellow shaded area has the higher risk for strong to severe storms.
Hail and damaging wind are the main concerns, but an isolated tornado threat is out there, too. Weather models are not on the same page yet, but this looks like a late afternoon and evening time frame for the storms to roll through. Below is what one of our more recent models is showing for timing and location.
