Mostly Sunny, Pleasant for Monday

A chilly evening ahead across the Heartland as we prepare for the start of the work week. Mostly clear skies will keep low temperatures below average.

Stormcast keeps us dry over the next couple of days. Mostly clear skies ahead with increasing cloud cover for the start of Tuesday.

Low temperatures across the Heartland will be in the middle 30s under mostly clear skies.

Temperatures will be roughly 5 degrees below average tonight in Cape. A south-southwesterly wind will not do much to stop temperatures from cooling this evening.

Temperatures to start the work week will be close to average for much of our area.

Highs in the lower 60s on Monday for Cape Girardeau with a light wind out of the southwest. Mostly sunny skies to start the work week off.

Outside of Monday, the rest of the week will see above average temperatures. Mostly sunny skies until rain chances build ahead of an incoming cold front later in the week.
