Mostly Cloudy, Showers Possible Monday

After a foggy and cloudy Sunday, temperatures will slowly fall during the overnight hours under heavy cloud cover.

Lows tonight will fall into the 40s across the Heartland, close to 10 degrees above average in some areas.

Mostly cloudy skies tonight in Cape Girardeau with a chance for Sunday’s fog to continue through the overnight hours.

Another chance for rain hits the forecast for the start of the work week, with Stormcast showing showers possible throughout the day.

Many of us will see the 50s on Monday under mostly cloudy skies. A few chances to see the lower 60s as well off to our south and east.

Keep the umbrella handy in Cape tomorrow with showers possible throughout the day. Highs temperatures will be in the middle 50s with winds out of the south-southeast.

Temperatures will quickly drop right before Thanksgiving with highs in the 40s. Cooler temperatures look to stick around after the holiday, with a chance for a wintry mix early Saturday, turning to rain for the rest of the weekend precipitation chances.
