Cloudy Start, Sunny Monday Afternoon Follows
Light snow showers should wrap up across the Heartland with temperatures slowly falling to the mid-20s under mostly cloudy skies.
Lows tonight once again look well below average, with most of the region dropping to the upper teens and lower 20s.
Mostly cloudy skies make way for partly cloudy skies overnight with a light southerly wind in Cape Girardeau. Temperatures will still be chilly, with overnight lows in the upper teens.
StormCast looks to keep us dry for the start of the work week, with better precipitation chances coming on Tuesday.
Temperatures on Monday will be a mixed bag of 30s and 40s across the Heartland.
Mostly cloudy to start Groundhog Day with temperatures recovering to the upper 20s by noon. Monday’s high in Cape will reach the middle 30s.
Temperatures fall following rain/snow chances on Tuesday, dropping as low as the lower 30s on Wednesday. Our highs will recover later in the week, returning to the upper 30s and 40s with plenty of sunshine.
