Cold start to the week, warmer by mid week
It’s going to be chilly again on Tuesday, but a warm up is right around the corner.
A Freeze Warning is in place for the Bootheel, most of Arkansas, and all of western Tennessee through Tuesday morning.
After a cold start to the day, we try to warm up but won’t make it much past 40 degrees. Many of us will be stuck in the 30s.
While the day will be chilly, the wind won’t be as bad. Wind gusts should stay less than 15 mph for much of the day.
Late Tuesday into very early Wednesday, we may see a few raindrops or flurries. It won’t amount to much.
The real warm up begins on Wednesday with highs getting back into the 60s.
It gets even warmer as we head into the first days of spring. Some of us may get into the 80s by Saturday!
