Storm chances, slowly warming up
Temperatures are slowly but surely going to be on the rise all the way into next week. Storm chances are small the next couple of days, but it’s the best chance for rain for a while.
Thursday will be near normal for afternoon highs. Lots of upper 80s and a few low 90s.
It will be humid again, too. Dew points will be in the low to mid 70s.
The heat index will climb into the low to mid 90s for most of us Thursday afternoon. Upper 90s to around 100 further south.
Our rain chance is mostly to the north on Thursday.
Friday will be just as warm as Thursday, maybe a little warmer by mid afternoon.
