Hot week ahead

The heat and humidity is going to stick around for at least the first part of next week. Precipitation returns the 2nd half of next week.

A Heat Advisory is in place for the entire KBSI area through Wednesday. The heat index will be well into the 100s.

The high on Monday will be in the low to mid to upper 90s. Lots of sunshine and very little wind is expected.

The humidity will be high with dew points in the middle 70s.

Because of the heat and humidity, the heat index will be pushing close to 110 at times.
