Extreme Heat Warnings continue through Saturday

Heat and humidity sticks around through next week, so more heat headlines are possible. Storm chances are minimal, but spot storms are possible Saturday.

The Extreme Heat Warning continues through Saturday evening.

Both Saturday and Sunday will be hot with highs in the middle and upper 90s.

We may see several 100 degree reading by Saturday afternoon across our area. This is 15 degrees above average!

The dew point continues to be in the 70s, so the heat index will be well into the 100s.

110 degree heat indices are possible Saturday.
