Thursday morning, temperatures will be WARM & WAY ABOVE AVERAGE! Most of us will wake up to temperatures in the 60s & even 70s with cloudy skies & spotty rain/T-storms.
Thursday morning, a few showers & T-storms look to develop across SE Missouri & move ENE into Illinois by noon.
Rainfall potential through Friday morning looks the best across S Illinois, SE Missouri & W Kentucky. Some spots could receive FLOODING due to rain amounts exceeding 2-4″.
