John Spear
Born and raised in Cape Girardeau, I’m proud to call this community home alongside my wife, Kim, and our son, Max. As “The Official REALTOR of SEMO Athletics,” I’m a dedicated supporter of SEMO and Cape Central athletics, often found at games and tailgates.
I currently serve as President of the Redhawks Club Board, and I’m active in various organizations, including The Salvation Army, The United Way, and Toys for Tots.
In 2023, B magazine honored me as a “Difference Maker” for my community work. At Edge Realty, I love helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, “Pointing You Home” every step of the way.
