Jeff and Laura Barnett own Barnett’s Furniture in Simpson, Illinois. They’ve been there for 40 years, starting in 1983. They are a family-owned business. They just celebrated their 40th anniversary.

“Because of our low overhead, we are able to pass our savings on to you,” said Jeff Barnett. “If you have the chance to stop by and see us, we would be glad for you to shop our prices, compare them to others and hopefully save you some money.”

Barnett’s has a No Tax Saturday Sale on Saturday, July 15 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can get zero interest for up to 12 months.

“It’s a one day only sale. It’s really a great savings for people, because not only do they get the 20-70% off of the normal prices, we do kick in the tax,” said Laura Barnett. “So it’s just a great bargain for people. We only run that once or twice a year. So, it’s a great deal for people.”

Barnett’s Furniture is located halfway between Paducah, Kentucky and Harrisburg, Illinois on Highway 145.

“Look around other places. Come here and I believe we can save you some money,” said Jeff.
