Fitness Plus is a facility for fitness, wellness, nutrition and rehabilitation.
Sandy Duncan is the manager of Fitness Plus at Saint Francis Medical Center.
Other than membership, Fitness Plus offers a variety of things. They have exercise classes, personal training, swim lessons and massage.
In celebration of Mother’s Day, Fitness Plus is giving away a mini photo session with Michaela Jansen Photography to someone who purchases a massage or books a massage between now and May 12. The massage to will be given away on May 13.
Fitness Plus offers several different types of massage including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage and prenatal.

Fitness Plus is attached to Saint Francis Medical Center located at Entrance 8 off of 150 S. Mount Auburn Road in Cape Girardeau.
More than 50 group exercise classes are offered a week. There is a variety for every fitness level. Classes include yoga, weightlifting, line dancing, country fushion, SHINE, water aerobics, arthritis classes. There is something for everyone.
