A quiet start to the week; Chance for showers second half
Monday through Wednesday will be dry and warm. Our best chance for showers arrives Thursday, with off and on chances into the weekend.
Temperatures will stay unseasonably warm on Monday. Many highs in the upper 70s and lower to mid 80s are expected. Temperatures will be slightly cooler in southern Illinois, compared to the SEMO bootheel.
Monday will be dry with a mix of sun and clouds throughout the day. Temperatures quickly warm by the afternoon.
A few clouds will arrive in the early morning. Skies will be mostly sunny, with a few passing clouds throughout the day.
If you plan on walking your dog or spending time outside, the next three days seem the best to do so. Warm temperatures and dry conditions, will be nice for any outdoor activities. Chances for showers arrives on Thursday with on and off chances into the weekend.
The first half of the new work week will be dry and warm. The second half brings chances for showers and cooler temperatures into the weekend.
