Cold and windy Friday, then warming back up
A chilly day is headed our way for Friday. Temperatures will be stuck in the 30s for highs for most of our area.
If temperatures were in the 30s, that wouldn’t be so bad, but the wind will be out of the northwest at 15-25 mph, gusting up to 30 mph. That’ll make matters worse.
Because of the wind and cold temperatures, the wind chill will mainly be in the 20s in the afternoon. Might see some teens in the morning!
After the cold and windy Friday, we’ll slowly warm up through the weekend and into next week. Rain looks possible Monday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
