Cold Friday, warmer by the weekend
A chilly end of the week, but we warm up through the weekend. No precipitation is expected!
We start the day off several degrees below average and because of that, we will stay well below average for the afternoon high. We’ll try for the lower 30s in the afternoon with a north breeze at 5 to 15 mph.
All of us on Friday will be chilly. Middle and upper 20s to the north, closer to 40 near Nashville, but most of us will be right around the freezing mark. A north breeze at 5 to 15 mph will give us a wind chill in the teens and 20s.
After the chilly Friday, we warm up some on Saturday with a high in the lower 40s. After that, it’s the 50s as far as the eye can see! The next chance for rain comes our way Tuesday into Wednesday and Thursday.
