Highs today clawed their way to the lower and middle 50s, with colder temperatures creeping in from the northwest.

Stormcast shows a very small chance of a flurry tonight, with the bulk of the snow from a passing system staying well to our north and east.

Highs on Monday will try for the upper 30s and lower 40s, nearly 20 degrees below average with the incoming blast of cold air for the Heartland.

We will try our best to reach the 40s tomorrow in Cape, but northwesterly winds will look to hold afternoon temperatures just shy of the 40-degree mark Monday afternoon.

Thankfully warmer temperatures return to the forecast by the middle of the upcoming week. Near average by Wednesday with highs in the 60s, then shifting to above average temperatures by Friday. Our next best chance for precipitation looks to arrive in the Heartland late next weekend.
