Cold Start to Tuesday

Kbsi Freeze

Freeze Warnings and Frost Advisories are in place for much of Missouri Tuesday morning. Temperatures are expected to drop close to or below freezing!

With plenty of sunshine, we’ll warm up quite a bit Tuesday afternoon, but it’s still going to be colder than average. We should be in the lower 70s, we’ll be in the upper 50s instead.

We continue this cold snap into Wednesday with more clouds, a few showers and thunderstorms, and highs right around 60 degrees.

The warm up begins on Thursday when the high temperatures finally get back into the lower 70s. With the warmer air comes more chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms, though.

To round out the week, we’ll see partly cloudy skies and highs around 80 degrees. Those 80s follow us into the weekend with sunshine on Saturday and storms on Sunday.
