Colder air is on its way

Much cooler air is on the way and it gets here on Friday. We try to warm up on Friday, but the cold front gets here around noon and then our temperatures fall off rather quickly. After that, we’ll see temperatures in the 40s for highs through the weekend. Most of the weekend will be dry, but very early Saturday morning, we may see a quick shower and with temperatures falling below freezing during this time, we may see a few snowflakes, too!

Ksbi Hourly Forecast 01

For Friday, we top out around 55 degrees at noon, then a cold front moves through and we start the cooling off process. The wind will also pick up out of the northwest at 10-25 mph.

Various Model Clouds And Precip

After the cold front moves through Friday, we cool off quite a bit Friday night into very early Saturday morning. In fact, we’ll drop below freezing early Saturday morning and there’s a chance some moisture moves into our area at that time. If it does, we could see a few rain showers and snowflakes! It doesn’t look like it’ll amount to much, but something to keep an eye out for!

3 7 Day Forecast

After that early mix potential Saturday morning, we’re looking at a chilly weekend and week ahead. Most of the highs will only be in the 40s. There’s also another chance for some light mixed precipitation late Monday into Tuesday.
