Cool with quite a few rain chances (1/19/23)
The next few days are going to be cool, but nothing out of the ordinary for January. Highs will be in the middle 40s the next couple of days and a little cooler by the end of the weekend.
For Friday, we’ll start off a little warmer than average with a low of 30 degrees. We’ll warm up into the middle 40s, which is also just a little above average.
Just about everybody will be above average on Friday with highs in the 40s, but it’ll be a little cooler where clouds hang on longer. That will likely be in parts of Illinois.
The best day for a car wash this week will be on Friday. Rain moves in later in the day Saturday and may last into early Sunday.
We may even see a few snowflakes to the northwest Saturday evening! Most of us, however, will only see light rain.
After the rain chance over the weekend, we rain cool for the week ahead. There’s another rain chance headed our way Tuesday into Wednesday.
