Cooler weekend, warmer with storms next week

We’re into the lower 70s for the average high this time of year, but we’ll fall short of that this weekend. We do warm up next week and throw in a few more chances for storms.

60s for highs through the weekend and Monday are expected, then the 70s come back for a couple of days. Storms are possible Tuesday and then again Thursday.

We kick off the weekend with temperatures in the 40s, into the 50s by 9am, then into the 60s the rest of the day. Partly cloudy skies and a light breeze can be expected.

Most of us makes it into the mid 60s by the afternoon. It’ll be a little cooler to the north, though.
