Dry and warm start to the week
We stay dry heading into the new work week, temperatures are expected to warm back into the 70s on Monday. Our next best chance for showers and possible storms will be towards the end of the week.
Near seasonal highs are back to start the new week. Much of the KBSI viewing area will reach 70s with few upper 60s.
A few clouds are possible in the afternoon over parts of southern Illinois and western Kentucky. We stay dry throughout Monday, storms stay east of our viewing area.
Monday and Tuesday will be very comfortable and dry fall days. If you plan on walking the dog or stepping outside, Wednesday might be a little wet, with chances for showers.
Towards the middle of the week a chance for showers and storms arrive, bringing along warmer temperatures to our area. We dry off and cool down next weekend.
