Dry though the weekend (8/11/22)
As we head into the weekend, we are looking at a quiet and relatively cool few days!
Average highs this time of year are in the upper 80s and we’ll be a few degrees below that on Friday with a mix of sun and clouds.
With the dry weather Friday and into the weekend, cooler temperatures, and lower dewpoints, the Skeeter Meter is looking decent! We do warm up a little on Sunday, so the mosquitos may be a little more numerous that day.
As we head through the weekend, we slowly start to warm up, but continue to remain dry. Highs will remain a little below average on Saturday, but we back just above average on Sunday with a high near 90 degrees. If you have outdoor plans this weekend, you planned that out right! The storms look to hold off until next week. Showers and thunderstorms are possible Monday through Wednesday next week with highs in the lower and middle 80s.
