Evening rain showers possible Sunday (3/25/23)

Temperatures on Saturday pushed for the lower 60s, but Sunday will be warmer. Overnight, temperatures will drop to the lower and mid 40s for a cooler night compared to last. We continue our quiet stretch through most of the day on Sunday.

Winds will remain light throughout the day, and mostly clear skies will allow most of the region to be mild by the afternoon. Daytime highs are forecasted to be in the upper 60s and lower 7os to close the weekend.

But we’ll end the weekend on a chance for more rain. By Sunday night, another system will bring evening showers to our area into early Monday. Compared to the heavy rain on Friday, rainfall will be light.

Sunday will be one of the warmer days for the next several, looking ahead. Next week will remain dry for a good part of it, with temperatures hovering around normal through Thursday.
