Freezing rain and sleet likely (1/31/23)
It’s going to be chilly the next several days. Highs will be in the 30s and 40s through the first part of the weekend. There is also the chance for mixed precipitation late Wednesday into Thursday.
For those in the Ice Storm Warning, additional icing of a tenth to three tenths of an inch of ice accumulations is possible. Sleet is also a possibility. This ice will come in waves with the next wave coming late Wednesday afternoon into Thursday morning. Ice and sleet will make travel nearly impossible. Ice Storm Warnings will continue through 6:00am Thursday.
