Heat continues through the week

Another hot day is on tap for Tuesday. We’ll start the day in the upper 60s and then warm up quick.

We will top out in the middle and upper 90s, which is a good 10 degrees above average.

The dew point won’t be terribly high, but any moisture won’t be good for the heat index.

With those 60s for a dew point, the heat index will easily get into the triple digits.

The next several days will be hot, too. However, there IS light at the end of the tunnel.

Once we get past the weekend, the temperatures look to be a little below average. Finally!
