Here comes the heat!!!
The SPC shows a marginal risk for storms in part of the region.
The main concern the next few days is the heat with an Advisory issued until 9 PM tomorrow night.
Lows will be very warm overnight averaging ten degrees above normal.

Throughout the region highs will reach into the lower to mid 90’s but feel like triple digits.
temperatures will be hotter in the days ahead and more heat advisories may follow.
As high pressure settles in daytime temps heat up with the heat index possibly reaching into the one hundred-teens until a cold front moves in and cools us down a bit. As the front slides through showers and thunderstorms will be likely on Wednesday followed by another warming trend into the weekend.
