Hot, humid, with a chance for storms
Most of the day on Friday will be dry, warm, and humid, but a chance for storms is close. A wave of will push through late Friday night into Saturday, then a few pop up storms Sunday and Monday.
You’ll notice that there are minimal severe weather chances to our south and north, but we’ll stay dry on Friday.
We’ll start the day with some low clouds and fog. Be sure to use the low beams!
The sun will come out and the temperatures will pop back up into the upper 80s and lower 90s.
Most of the night will be quiet until well after midnight. An isolated storm then becomes possible early Saturday morning.
A few more storms will roll through close to sunrise. A severe storm is possible, but not expected to be widespread.
The further north you go, the better chance you will have for severe storms. We are on the southern fringe of the severe threat.
Storms will once again be possible Sunday and Monday. Cooler air then moves in next week.
With the heat, humidity, and rain likely on Saturday, the Skeeter Meter is going to be high!
