Mostly sunny, average temperatures for Thursday

Patchy fog is in the forecast during the early morning hours for Thursday. Most of the cloud cover should be out of the area by 9 am, before reaching the upper 80s by noon. Expect mostly sunny skies with light winds out of the southwest.

High temperatures across the region will sit right around average tomorrow. Most of the area will see temperatures in the upper 80s, with a few spots reaching the 90s.

There is a small chance for rain during the evening hours on Thursday. Carbondale and the surrounding area could see an isolated shower or thunderstorm around dinner time.

We stay near average for our high temperatures into the weekend, with our best chance rain coming during the evening hours on Friday. Higher humidity returns to the forecast on Sunday before temperatures begin to heat up to start the work week with highs expected in the mid 90s.
