Mostly Sunny Friday, Weekend Cool Down Ahead

Forecast:
Another sunny day ahead across the heartland on Friday, with high temperatures today in the mid and upper 80s. We will see a north-northeasterly breeze between 5 and 10 miles per hour.
Low temperatures this evening will drop into the lower and middle 60s with mostly clear skies and a light breeze.
One more day of near-average temperatures ahead on Saturday with highs reaching the upper 80s and lower 90s. Mostly sunny skies to start the weekend and a north wind at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
For Cape, it will be a pleasant morning with temperatures in the mid-60s and lower 70s. A few areas of fog will be possible, but we look forward to mostly sunny skies, a northerly wind, and temperatures in the upper 80s by the afternoon.
Stormcast shows a few showers around our area tomorrow afternoon with the passing cold front. At this time, showers are expected to dissipate before reaching out area.
Dew points will continue to be manageable in the mid-60s for much of our area.
This weekend will be a prime opportunity to get the grill out, with plenty of sunshine and slightly cooler temperatures ahead. Monday looks to be cooler as well, but we do expect to see some more cloud cover to start the week.
Below-average temperatures continue next week with increased cloud cover helping cool things down, with highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s. An upper-level disturbance moves across the eastern portion of the country with the upcoming cold front, which will potentially bring storm chances throughout next week.
