Rain exits on Thursday; Warmer air this weekend (6/1/22)
After several days of sunshine, clouds and rain returned on Wednesday. While there were a lot of dry hours, many saw storm-related heavy rainfall at some point. While some isolated showers are possible on Wednesday night, many will begin to dry out overnight. Low temperatures will likely bottom out in the middle to upper-60s on Thursday morning.
A scattered shower or storm is not out of the question early Thursday, but most activity appears to be on its way out by the afternoon. Storms will exit from west to east on Thursday, with most being totally dry by the afternoon. Skies will clear for the second half of the day. High temperatures should be in the middle to upper-70s.
Conditions remain dry on Friday and Saturday, and we’ll embark upon a warming trend on those days as well. However, the pattern appears to turn somewhat more unsettled starting Sunday. Isolated to scattered storm chances reenter the picture Sunday and going forward.
