Rain Headed Our Way (4/19/22)

Kbsi Precip

After dropping into the lower and middle 30s Tuesday morning, we’re moving on to warmer temperatures (eventually) and chances for precipitation.

We start off by seeing warmer temperatures early Wednesday morning with most of us dropping into the 40s. Clouds will be on the increase overnight with a few scattered showers here and there.

Wednesday won’t warm up much with all the clouds around, but we’ll try for the upper 50s by the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible on and off during the day with a gusty south wind at 10 to 25 mph.

We will continue to warm up Wednesday night with temperatures going from the upper 50s Wednesday afternoon to the lower 60s early Thursday morning. Showers and thunderstorms will continue into Thursday morning before clearing out. Highs by the afternoon will be in the lower 70s!

Friday will be a warm and quiet day with mostly sunny skies and highs in the lower 80s. We’ll repeat that on Saturday, too!

More showers and thunderstorms come our way Sunday, but afternoon highs will try for 80 degrees once again.
