Remaining mild, storms possible Sunday
It’s been quite mild lately and that will continue into Friday. Highs will be well above average… by about 30 degrees!
Friday will start off with temperatures higher than the average high is for late December.
There will be a little bit of a breeze, too, but that dies off as the day progresses.
The warm weather continues all the way into the weekend, but a strong cold front will give us a chance for storms Sunday and eventually much cooler temperatures.
The best chance for rain and thunderstorms will be Sunday afternoon as the cold front moves from west to east.
After the weekend, it gets cold FAST. 30s for highs are expected Monday and Tuesday of next week. We warm back up in time for the New Year!
