Scattered showers pm saturday into am sunday, then quickly drying up
Saturday’s storm is expected to arrive during the afternoon and continue throughout the evening hours. Sunday morning we see the tail end of that system make its way east, leaving behind a few sprinkles until noon. Temperatures in the 50s throughout the weekend, then Monday we will see mostly sunny skies with temperatures dropping into the 40s.
Saturday starts with mostly cloudy skies, then around noon a storm system starts to make its way into the KBSI viewing area. Scattered showers and potential thunderstorms will continue throughout the evening into the early hours of Sunday.
Saturday, there is a Marginal and Slight Risk for Severe Weather in place just southwest of the FOX23 viewing area. The stronger storms are more southwest, however we will still be seeing scattered showers and a chance for thunderstorms.
Saturday morning temperatures start off in the 30s, then climb into the 40s and 50s. Wind speeds from the east southeast 5-10 mph with gusts as high as 22.
A storm system makes its way in Saturday afternoon and that continues throughout the evening hours into Sunday morning. The start of the new work week dries up, even with Monday and Tuesday’s sun, temperatures drop into the 40s. Wednesday, the sun continues and temperatures climb back into the 50s. Thursday, we will see temperatures in the 60s with another chance for more rain. Friday is St. Patrick’s Day and temperatures are staying in the 50s with mostly cloudy skies.
