2-4pm: A few weak showers/T-storms will occur from Cape G and northward.
6-8PM: Cape G, Farmington, Sikeston, Perryville & Poplar Bluff will see scattered strong/severe storms move in by this time. Damaging winds up to 65+ mph will be associated with a few storms, followed by a brief tornado potential.
A few brief weak spin ups could occur from 6-11pm.
9-midnight: Scattered storms will continue to move ESE into parts of far SE Missouri & western Kentucky. Watching areas near Poplar Bluff, New Madrid and Kennet.
Rain through Saturday morning: Flooding will be a concern through Saturday morning across SE Missouri & S Illinois. Rain totals up to 2-3″ with a few heavier pockets up to 4″.
