Severe storms through Wednesday night
A TORNADO WATCH is in place for most of the FOX23 viewing area through midnight, through 3:00AM for the Bootheel and western Tennessee.

Tornadoes, large hail, and damaging wind will be possible with any storm that forms.
Along with the severe weather threat, heavy rain has already happened and may happen again. A Flood Watch is in place for this potential through early Tuesday morning.
As you can see by our StormCast weather model above, strong to severe storms will be possible through the night, then eventually tapering off overnight. After this, quieter weather will move in for a while.
