Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 8 p.m. Tuesday evening
The Storm Prediction Center has issued a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH for southern Missouri and portions of southwest Illinois until 8 p.m. Tuesday evening.
Primary threats include damaging wind gusts as high as 75 mph, large hail up to 1.5″ in diameter and a tornado or two will be possible.
A fast-moving line of storms was over southwest Missouri this morning and is set to track eastward.
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH means that conditions are favorable for severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch area.

Wednesday morning, temperatures in the low 60s.
Wednesday, temperatures in the upper 70s and low 80s.
Some storm and rain chances through Friday. This weekend looks to be beautiful, with pleasant temperature and sunshine. Next week, temperatures warming up into the upper 70s.
