Severe weather potential Wednesday
There is a Level 1 and 2 Marginal to Slight Risk for severe storms Wednesday evening. Storms are looking likely this late afternoon and into the evening. Hail and damaging wind the main concern.
This is going to be the first of many waves of storms over the next couple of days and with this first wave, isolated severe weather is possible. Storms will be possible from 4-5pm on through around 10pm.
A quick quarter to half inch of rain is possible tonight with storms that do move through. However, this is just the beginning and by Friday morning we may have seen well over an inch or two of rainfall.
Because of the potential for heavy rain over the next few days, a Flood Watch is in place for the entire KBSI area.
