Storm chances continue on Sunday
Showers are likely to continue on Sunday. A storm system will reach SEMO by the early afternoon and move east of the Mississippi by the evening.
Sunday starts a cooling trend. Many temperatures will be below normal through the week, with highs only reaching the upper 40s and 50s.
We start the day cooler, with temperatures in the upper 40s. We only slightly warm as temperatures stay in the lower 50s throughout the daytime.
If you plan to wash the fall leaves off of your car, the next few days might not be the best time to do so. Showers are possible throughout the day on Sunday, and again early Monday morning. We dry up on Tuesday, but temperatures stay on the chilly side.
We’ll end our weekend with showers and possible storms. Lingering chances for showers are possible Monday morning. We dry up and cool down in time for Halloween on Tuesday.
